At 8:15 AM we're finally off!
We take the train to Freiburg and then continue on to Frankfurt.
At exactly 1:20 PM our Lufthansa flight to Puerto Rico departs.
During our layover in Philadelphia we're told that one of our suitcases will be forwarded separately. After roughly 15 hours of flying, we arrive in San Juan at 10:22 PM. After being informed that our second suitcase had also been stuck in Philadelphia, we spontaneously decided to adjust our itinerary to the circumstances. — Change of plans — 
OK, great start to the vacation. Without our luggage, we hop into a taxi and drive a few meters to the Howard Johnson Hotel on Isla Verde.
Completely exhausted from the journey, it's time for us to sleep!!
